Statement on Equity and Inclusion
Hypercube presents affordable concerts of adventurous chamber music, and seeks to create an inclusive and welcoming space for collaborators and audiences. The ensemble values radical inclusion: welcoming engagement with its programs by individuals regardless of age, economic means, ethnicity, gender, physical abilities, race, sexual orientation or any other element of their identity. Hypercube also values the rights of persons of all abilities and economic means to be free of harm and exclusion. In a world where inequities based on race, ability and class are rampant, systemic, and entrenched, Hypercube’s board and ensemble members have committed to undoing these inequities.

Land Acknowledgement
Hypercube is based in Queens, New York, part of the traditional territory of the Lenni-Lenape, called “Lenapehoking.” The Lenape People lived in harmony with one another upon this territory for thousands of years. During the colonial era and early federal period, many were removed west and north, but some also remain among the continuing historical tribal communities of the region: The Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape Tribal Nation; the Ramapough Lenape Nation; and the Powhatan Renape Nation, The Nanticoke of Millsboro Delaware, and the Lenape of Cheswold Delaware. Hypercube acknowledges the Lenni-Lenape as the original people of this land and their continuing relationship with their territory.

Please consider supporting the creation and performance of new music by making a tax deductible donation.

Hypercube programs are made possible through foundations and individual donors like you. Hypercube Ensemble is a federally registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization and your donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
